Northern Railway is set to run 3,144 special trains between October 1 and November 30, 2024, to accommodate the increased passenger demand during the festive season.
The services will help travelers reach their hometowns for Dussehra, Diwali, and Chhat Puja.
These trains will cater to regions with high demand, and the initiative aims to ease congestion across the network.
The trains will include various classes such as AC, Sleeper, and General to meet diverse passenger needs.
