My name is Inês Ferreira. I am a Clinical (Neuro)Psychologist, Speaker and Facilitator, human-centred Manager and Organizational Consultant, working at the intersection of psychology science, ancient wisdom, and conscious leadership. Above all, I am a human being who loves Human Beings.

I was born in a small village in Portugal, where I grew up deeply connected to nature and community. From an early age, people and emotions fascinated me. Early I knew my path would be to work with the core of Humanity - deep beyond roles, titles, and protective layers.

I was naturally drawn to Psychology, and as a very proactive and driven person, I soon built what some would call a successful career. Yet in 2023, I felt a deeper invitation: to move beyond performance and ambition, and to listen deeper. I ended up moving to Thailand, immersing myself in Eastern philosophies and embodied practices such as Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, and Tantra.

Later, my endless curiosity took me to the other side of the world to study and experience indigenous and ancestral wisdom traditions in Central and South America, where I kept witnessing inspiring depths of Humanity in strong connection to the Earth.

Through years of international work as a clinical therapist, facilitator of immersions, workshops and trainings with people from all around the world, I have supported hundreds of human beings in developing emotional intelligence, authenticity, and sustainable ways of relating - to themselves, others, and the systems they are part of.

I founded Humankind as a space where modern psychology meets embodied traditions and ancestral wisdom, supporting individuals, leaders and organisations to live from a more human, conscious, and integrated place.
